Joshua Grunda was born and raised in the Lorain, Ohio area, the son and grandson of steel and auto workers. He graduated from Wittenberg University in 1999 and later earned a law degree from the Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University in 2007. While in law school, he was president of the Environmental Law Club and a member of the International Environmental Law Moot Court Team. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and Illinois, the federal court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Supreme Court.
Joshua Grunda has been an associate attorney with Bevan and Associates LPA, Inc. since 2007. His focus has been on representing injured workers and their families for occupational disease and toxic torts claims, including those injured by exposures to asbestos, silica, benzene, vinyl chloride, and other toxic chemicals and substances. He is intimately involved with his clients from initial intake and work up of the case, through trial, and during any appeals process. He is passionate about helping those who have been wrongfully injured by the negligence of others.
